STEP 1

Initial Contact & Query Handling

  • Basic information like age, hair loss history, expectations
  • Any past treatments you’ve undergone for your Hair Loss

Hair Expert Call – First Guidance

  • Understand your hair loss pattern and expectations
  • Explain the types of treatments available (Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, medications, etc.)
  • Clarify any doubts related to cost, pain, recovery, and results
  • Share before-after results of similar cases for better clarity and understanding

Consultation with the Hair Transplant Doctor

  • Physically examines your scalp or closely reviews your images
  • Analyses your donor area, recipient area, and baldness grade
  • Discusses your medical history and lifestyle
  • Understands your desired look and expectations
  • Provides a realistic graft requirement estimate

Personalized Hairline Design & Treatment Plan

  • Age and facial proportions, Jawline shape and forehead contour, Donor hair density, Long-term aesthetics (how it will look as you age)
  • We then finalize: Total grafts required, the technique to be used in your case (e.g., Direct Implantation or Sapphire). Sessions required (if needed over two days). The estimated cost and recovery timeline

Medical Tests & Fitness Clearance

  • Before your procedure, we ask you to undergo a few basic investigations to ensure you’re medically fit and it is very important for your safety
  • Once cleared, we confirm that you’re fit for surgery

Booking Your Transplant Date

  • You now choose a date as per your convenience and our availability. We usually offer multiple slots across the week
  • A small advance booking amount is collected to block your surgery date

Pre-Procedure Preparation & Guidelines

  • Stop any blood-thinning medications if prescribed by your physician
  • Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 3-5 days
  • Wash your scalp with mild shampoo the night before
  • Having good breakfast on the surgery day
  • Avoid wearing a T Shirt on the day of the Hair Transplant procedure
  • You’ll receive a detailed pre-surgery checklist on WhatsApp/email

Hair Transplant Day – The Big Day

  • You arrive at the clinic, and we take your final consent through a form
  • Hairline is marked and confirmed with your approval
  • A test dose of Anaesthesia is given to see any allergic reactions, which is one major safety we follow at Looks Studio
  • Grafts are extracted and implanted under local anaesthesia
  • The procedure typically lasts 6-8 hours depending on graft count
  • You’re monitored throughout and given a break with lunch/snacks
  • Post-procedure care is explained, and medications list is provided

Post-Procedure Care & Recovery Support

  • Detailed post-op instructions (washing, sleeping, medications)
  • Free follow-ups at Day 3, Day 10, and monthly check-ins
  • Access to our support team for any query via phone/WhatsApp
  • Regular photo-based monitoring to track your progress

Long-Term Follow-Up & Results

  • Growth is on track
  • Your expectations are met
  • You have the right post-care guidance
  • Any doubts or issues are addressed immediately
